大跨度空间双曲桁架结构钢屋盖的建造技术分析研究

针对目前世界上最大的单体卫星厅工程大跨度空间桁架结构屋盖的建造技术进行分析研究。将施工策划的安装工艺通过施工模拟计算,考虑了吊装工序、临时支撑设置及拆除、现场施工工况等因素的影响,分析施工策划的可行性;实施阶段通过对钢屋盖整个施工过程同步结构健康监测,确保安全高效地完成建设工作,并从中获取经验积累。

The construction technology of the large-span space truss structure roof of the largest single satellite hall project in the world is analyzed.Through the construction simulation calculation,the installation process of the construction planning is considered,including the influence of hoisting process,temporary support setting and removal,site construction conditions and other factors,and the feasibility of the construction planning is analyzed;in the implementation stage,the whole construction process of the steel roof is synchronized with the structural health monitoring,so as to ensure the safe and efficient completion of the construction work and gain experience.
