摘要
深圳太子湾DY03-04、05项目位于深圳地区,包括结构高度192 m的公寓塔楼和结构高度176 m的办公塔楼,采用了框架–核心筒结构体系。结构存在高度超限、扭转不规则、尺寸突变(多塔)、构件间断、承载力突变和斜柱等超限内容,分别采用YJK和ETABS软件对结构进行多遇地震下和设防地震下的可行性分析,采用Perform-3D软件进行了结构动力弹塑性分析、混凝土楼板温度应力分析、楼板对悬挑部位桁架的受力影响分析、舒适度分析和跨层柱的屈曲分析等结构专项研究。通过对计算结果的分析比较,证明结构设计成功解决了结构超限问题,结构设计是安全可靠的,可为相关工程提供参考。
The DY03-04、05 Project lies in the Shenzhen city,including apartment tower and office tower,whose height is 192 m and 176 m. Their structural form is frame-core structural system. The structure has over-limit content such as height exceeding, irregular torsion,sudden size change(multiple towers),discontinuity of components, sudden change in bearing capacity,and inclined columns. The software YJK and ETABS were adopted in calculations,and the FEM soft Perform-3 D was adopted to stress analysis of dynamic elastic-plastic analysis,temperature stress analysis of concrete floor slab,analysis of the influence of floor slab on the cantilevered truss and buckling analysis of cross-layered columns were carried out in this paper. Based on the analysis and comparisons of calculation results,the safety of the structure was ensured. The method and conclusions mentioned in this paper may be referred for correlative engineering.
