摘要
结合工程实例,分析加层方案在变电站主控楼改造中的可行性;使用PKPM对结构整体建模,验算加层改造后结构及地基基础的承载力;重点介绍新老构件连接节点的设计方法,并对施工中应注意的事项及遇到的问题提出解决方案,为后续类似工程提供借鉴。
Combining with the engineering example,analysis the feasibility of control building’s reconstruction. Set up the overall model by using PKPM,and calculate the bearing capacity of old structure and foundation. Introduce the design method of new and old components’ s connection nodes,and put forward plans toward problems in construction,to provide reference for similar projects.
