Construction Technology and Measures of Building External Wall Insulation

在绿色建筑理念下,建筑节能设计成为人们关注的要点。外墙保温是建筑节能设计的重要部分,选用先进保温材料,优化外墙保温施工工艺,加强施工环节质量控制,对切实提高建筑保温效果、节约建筑使用能耗有积极影响。首先概述了我国建筑外墙保温技术发展现状和应用优缺点,其次结合外墙保温施工流程,就各个环节需掌控的技术要点展开了详细分析,最后基于以往工作经验,分别从选择保温材料、加强环境管理、熟悉施工工艺等方面,提出了加强施工质量控制的具体措施。

Under the concept of green building,building energy-saving design has become the focus of attention. External wall insulation is an important part of building energy-saving design. The selection of advanced insulation materials,the optimization of external wall insulation construction technology,and the strengthening of construction quality control have a positive impact on the practical improvement of building insulation effect and the saving of building energy consumption. This paper first summarizes the development status and application advantages and disadvantages of the external wall insulation technology in China,then analyzes the key points of each link in detail combined with the external wall insulation construction process,and finally based on personal work experience,puts forward specific measures to strengthen the construction quality control from the aspects of selecting insulation materials,strengthening environmental management,being familiar with the construction process,etc.
