摘要
以成都轨道交通17号线一期工程大盾构施工为例,介绍了盾构机主动铰接系统的特点、构造及动作机理;通过理论计算、三维动画模拟以及实际数据分析,阐述了主动铰接系统在大盾构小半径曲线姿态纠偏过程中的应用,解决了小半径曲线大盾构掘进姿态控制难、管片错台、破损等问题,为类似工程提供参考。
This article takes the large-scale shield construction of the first phase of Chengdu Rail Transit Line 17 as an example to introduce the characteristics,structure and action mechanism of the active articulation system of the shield machine;through theoretical calculation,three-dimensional animation simulation and actual data analysis,the active articulation is explained. The application of the system in the correction process of the attitude of the small-radius curve of the large shield tunnel solves the problems of difficult attitude control,staggered segments and damage of the tunneling of the small-radius curved tunnel shield,providing reference for similar projects.
