2020年新年过后,各地区"小汤山"医院都在紧锣密鼓地开工建设,北京市小汤山医院新建战备病房工程作为北京市视疫情变化启用作为补充康复医院的重点应急工程,主要用于境外来(返)京人员中需筛查人员、疑似病例及轻型、普通型确诊患者治疗。应急工程绝不能出现任何影响使用功能的问题,工序施工须做到"活完即合格"、有图即测量、有人即盯岗、有料即安装、有机即吊装等施工组织管理体系,加速施工环境下管控过程质量显得尤为重要。

After the 2020 new year,the construction of "Xiaotangshan" hospital in various versions is in full swing. The new war readiness ward project of Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital,as the key emergency project of Beijing rehabilitation hospital based on the change of epidemic situation,is mainly used for the treatment of screening personnel,suspected cases and light and ordinary confirmed patients in the overseas(returning)personnel. The emergency project must not have any problems affecting the use function,and the process construction must be "qualified upon completion of work";with drawings,it is measured;with personnel,it is on duty;with materials,it is installed;organically,it is hoisting and other construction organization management systems,so as to accelerate the quality control of the process under the construction environment is particularly important.
