摘要
基于游客网络平台文本的研究有助于了解游客对旅游地形象的感知,为提升旅游地的传播效果提供重要参考。为了解外国参观者对上海犹太难民纪念馆的感知情况,基于NVivo的质性文本分析法,对该馆在全球旅游社交网站"猫途鹰"(TripAdivsor)的英语评论文本进行主题分析。发现英语评论者对此馆整体评价很高,基本能接受"中国人在二战中救助了犹太难民"这一主题叙事,产生情感共鸣,认同纪念馆传达的"和平友善、包容开放"理念,并衍生出对西方难民问题、宗教问题、多民族共存共荣等现实话题的思考。
Online reviews serve as an important source to examine visitors’ perception of tourist destinations and provide an important reference for the tourist spots to improve their communication. This study conducts a qualitative analysis with Nvivo software of the reviews posted by visitors on TripAdvisor about Shanghai Jewish Refugees Museum with the aim to understand international visitors’ perception of the museum. The analysis shows that English speaking visitors have a high overall evaluation of the museum;they are able to basically accept the museum’s master narrative that"Chinese rescued Jewish refugees during World War II", resonate with the representation, positively responsive to the idea of"peace, friendship, inclusiveness and openness"conveyed in the exhibition, and reflect on global issues related to refugees, religions, and peaceful co-existence of multi-ethnicities.
