衡盾泥辅助带压开仓换刀技术的实践应用

Practice application on technology of opening chamber and knife replacement underpressure aided by paste HDN

盾构机刀具在隧道施工中发生磨损、断裂后将导致盾构机无法正常掘进,需要进行刀具更换,而在富水砂卵石地层中进行刀具更换需要构建安全作业的工作环境。本文对利用衡盾泥建立泥膜的技术原理进行阐述,并对带压开仓换刀的方法及流程、衡盾泥试验及监测成果进行介绍,结果符合预期,以期可为相关研究与工程实践提供参考。

When shield machine can not normally tunnel after shield machine tool wears out and breaks in tunnel construction,the worn tool should be replaced.It is necessary to construct safe working environment for knife replacement in water-rich sand and pebble formation.The technical principle on establishing mud film by using paste HDN is expounded,while the method and process of opening chamber and changing knife under pressure,and the test and monitoring results of paste HDN are introduced.The results are in line with the expectation,so as to provide references for relative research and similar projects.
