摘要
高层框架剪力墙结构的抗震检测与加固改造是今后旧房改造的研究方向之一。本文以上海某高层框架剪力墙结构公寓为例,对其结构抗震检测鉴定及加固改造的全过程进行介绍,系统分析现场建筑结构复核、完损检测、材料性能检测、变形检测、抗震鉴定及抗震验算。结果表明:改造后的房屋结构刚度及抗震承载力削弱明显,通过采取适当的加固措施,结构抗震性能有效改善,可达到规范相应要求。
The seismic test and appraisal of high-rise frame-shear wall structures as well as thier reinforcement and reconstruction will be one of the research directions for old house renovation in the future.Taking as example a high-rise frame-shear wall structure apartment in Shanghai,the whole process related to its seismic test and appraisal as well as its reinforcement and reconstruction are introduced,and the recheck,damage detection,material performance detection,deformation detection,seismic appraisal and checking calculation of on-site building structures are analyzed systematically.The results show that the structural rigidity and seismic bearing capacity of the building after transformation are obviously weakened.By taking appropriate reinforcement measures,the seismic performance of the structure is effectively improved,which could meet the corresponding requirements of the code.
