不是"打击"李嘉诚,是要打击所有捂盘惜售。太阳底下无新事。捂地捂盘、资产重组,是地产界时常出现的现象,很多人早已见怪不怪。不过,主角不同,事件热度也会大不一样。9月底,国内地产界发生了一件大事,和记黄埔地产成都公司因捂地捂盘行为,被当地相关部门予以处罚。该事件背后,折射的是地产开发领域批而未用、开发缓慢、土地闲置、延迟上市的"慢开发"现象。
