Main Contents Analysis of UIC Standard Implementation of a High-speed Railway—Definition and Features

国际铁路联盟(UIC)客运部城际与高速委员会于2015年组织开展制定IRS国际铁路系列标准“高速铁路实施”,由中国和西班牙专家共同主持制定。介绍并分析IRS 60670:2020《高速铁路实施定义和特点》的主要内容,IRS 60670:2020是该系列标准的基础,定义了高速铁路,阐述了高速铁路的特点,明确了系列标准结构,为后续其他标准的制定奠定基础。通过主持制定国际标准,将我国高速铁路相关技术纳入国际标准,使我国高速铁路技术得到国际认可,提高了我国在国际铁路领域的地位和影响力,为我国高速铁路“走出去”提供支撑。

International Railway Union(UIC)Intercity and High-speed Committee of Passenger Department orga⁃nized and developed IRS international railway standard"Implementation of High-speed Railway"in 2015.It is cochaired by experts from China and Spain.This paper introduces and analyses the main content of IRS 60670:2020 Im⁃plementation of a high-speed railway-definition and features,which is the basic part of this series of standards.It de⁃fines high speed railway,illustrates the features,clarifies the structure of of standards,and provides the basis for the subsequent development of other standards.By leading the formulation of international standards and incorporating China′s high-speed railway technology into international standards,China′s high-speed railway technology has gained international recognition,enhanced China′s status and influence in the field of international railways,as well as provided support for China′s high-speed railway"going global".
