机车模块式自动加砂机研制

Development of Diesel Locomotive Modular Automatic Sand Adding Machine

为解决人工加砂作业工作效率低、劳动强度大、扬尘污染等问题,结合怀柔北机务段HXN5型内燃机车特点及国内外机车加砂现状,研制了机车模块式自动加砂机。介绍技术方案的优选、模块式设计理念,以及主要技术创新,并分析推广自主研制加砂机的应用前景。

In order to solve the issues such as low working efficiency,high labor intensity and dust pollution in manu⁃al sand adding operation,combined with the features of HXN5 type diesel locomotive in Huairou North Locomotive De⁃pot and the present situation of sand adding for locomotives home and abroad,a modular automatic sand adding ma⁃chine for locomotives was developed.This paper introduces the optimization of technical scheme,the concept of modu⁃lar design,and the main technological innovation,and analyzes the application prospect of it.
