摘要 传统的桥梁全寿命设计方法设计概念模糊,设计指标重复或缺失,设计目标不明确,缺乏与现行规范的联系,在全寿命成本计算方面也缺少完整的计算体系。本文提出了基于可靠度的桥梁全寿命设计方法,将桥梁全寿命设计分为全寿命可靠度设计和全寿命经济性设计2部分,直观反映结构性能与成本投入之间的对立统一关系。全寿命可靠度设计基于时变可靠度理论,采用极限状态设计方法,建立了包含安全性、适用性、耐久性3类设计目标的设计体系,并提出了基于极限状态的耐久性设计思路。全寿命经济性设计将桥梁全寿命成本分析采用统一的成本形式,并提出了基于标准化参数的环境成本计算方法。基于可靠度的桥梁全寿命设计方法是对传统的桥梁全寿命设计方法的完善和补充,丰富了桥梁全寿命设计的内涵,使其更具有普适性。 The traditional bridge life cycle design method has such shortcomings as fuzzy design concept,repeated or missing design indicators,unclear design objectives,lack of connection with current specifications,and lack of complete calculation system in life cycle cost calculation.The bridge life cycle design method based on reliability was put forward.The life cycle design of bridge was divided into two parts including the life cycle reliability design and the life cycle economic design,which could directly reflect the opposite and unified relationship between structural performance and cost investment.Life cycle reliability design was based on time dependant reliability theory and limit state design method.A design system including safety,applicability and durability was established,and the durability design idea based on limit state was proposed.In the life cycle economic design,the bridge life cycle cost analysis adopted a unified cost form,and the environmental cost calculation method based on standardized parameters were put forward.Life cycle design method for bridge based on reliability is the improvement and supplement of traditional bridge life cycle design method,enriches the connotation of bridge life cycle design,and makes it more universal.
