摘要
为了解决大跨径框架桥顶进施工过程中传统线路加固方法存在的施工难度大、工期长、行车干扰大等问题,提出了一种由纵梁、钢枕梁、横抬梁等组成的连续钢便梁加固体系,其具有结构整体性好、稳定性强、线路纵向更平顺等优点。通过对不同线路条件下框架桥的顶进过程进行分析,总结出4种不利工况并建立有限元模型对连续钢便梁加固体系进行检算。结果表明,连续钢便梁加固体系各构件自重较轻、组装简便快捷,具有快速安拆、重复使用的功能,可以连续接长,使用范围广,特别适用于大跨径框架桥顶进施工,具有良好的推广应用价值。
In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional railway reinforcement method during the jacking construction of long span frame bridge,such as the construction difficulty,the long construction period and the heavy traffic interference.A kind of continuous steel auxiliary beam reinforcement system was proposed in this paper,which is composed of longitudinal beam,steel sleeper beam and cross-lift beam.This structure has the advantages of good structural integrity,strong stability and smoother longitudinal direction of the railway,etc.Through analyzing the jacking process of frame bridge under different railway conditions,four unfavorable working conditions were summarized and the finite element model was established to check the continuous steel auxiliary beam reinforcement system.The results show that each component of the continuous steel temporary beam reinforcement system has the advantages of light weight,simple and fast assembly,quick installation and disassembly,and reuse function.It can be continuously extended and widely used.It is especially suitable for the jacking construction of long span frame bridge and has good popularization and application value.
