摘要 通过分析主要自然环境特征、自然保护区相关法律法规、地方政府意见等因素,研究中尼(中国—尼泊尔)铁路线路走向方案。珠穆朗玛峰国家级自然保护区对线路走向及隧道设置影响大,线路能否穿越其核心区是影响中尼铁路走向的最主要控制因素,特别是夏木德至加德满都段的线路走向;吉隆沟(吉隆口岸)通道走向方案与规划线路相符,经过的经济据点多、符合地方政府意见,且交通最便利,地形、地质条件最好,工程风险最小,但其穿越珠穆朗玛峰国家级自然保护区核心区13 km。建议系统分析铁路工程建设对珍惜动、植物的影响,开展环保选线及铁路建设需要采取的对策措施研究。 Based on the analysis of the main natural environment features,the laws and regulations related to the nature reserve,and the opinions of the local government,the alignment scheme of China-Nepal railway line was studied.Mount Qomolangma National Nature Reserve has a great impact on the alignment and tunnel setting.Whether the line can pass through its core area is the principal control factor affecting the alignment of China-Nepal railway,especially the alignment of Xiamude-Kathmandu section.The alignment scheme of Jilonggou(Jilong port)channel is consistent with the planned route,which passes through many economic strongholds,meets the local government’s opinions,and has the most convenient transportation,the best terrain and geological conditions,and the least engineering risk.However,it passes 13 km through the core area of Mount Qomolangma National Nature Reserve.It is suggested that the impact of railway engineering construction on rare animals and plants should be analyzed systematically,and the environmental protection route selection and countermeasures for railway construction should be studied.
