摘要
采用图像分析方法测试多种机制砂的石粉含量、颗粒形貌、颗粒级配等关键参数,并与其他方法所测参数进行对比分析。结果表明:图像分析方法与湿法所测石粉含量之间高度相关,相关系数大于0.987;通过测试长径比和圆形度能直观地获取机制砂的颗粒形貌,控制微小颗粒含量或忽略微小颗粒的形貌参数能更准确地获取机制砂的形貌;与等效粒径相比,用短径表征颗粒级配更接近实际筛分结果,图像分析方法与筛分法通过率之差的平均值为3%~6%;图像分析方法可用于获取机制砂颗粒形貌、级配等关键参数。
The key parameters such as stone powder content,particle shape and gradation of various manufactured sands were tested by image analysis method,and compared with those measured by other methods.The results show that there is a high correlation between the image analysis method and the wet method in characterization of stone powder content,and the correlation coefficients are greater than 0.987.The image analysis method could directly characterize the particle shape of manufactured sand by testing the parameters of length⁃diameter ratio and roundness,and it could more accurately obtain the particle shape by controlling the small particles content or neglecting the particle shape parameters of small particles.Compared with the equivalent particle diameter,the method of using short diameter to describe particle gradation is closer to the actual sieving result.The average value of the difference between the image analysis method and the sieving method is 3%~6%.The image analysis method can be used to obtain the key parameters such as particle shape and gradation of manufactured sand.
