超声医学专业住院医师核心胜任力培养的带教体会

Teaching experience of cultivating the core competence for resident physicians in ultrasonic medicine major

住院医师规范化培训制度是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分及核心内容,是提高医疗质量,保障民众健康的重要举措。为培养具有六大核心胜任力的超声住院医师,培养基地在实践中不断改进教学方法和模式。本文重点分享师资培养及住院医师核心胜任力培养的建设,促进同行交流。

The standardized training system for resident physicians is an important part and core content of medical students’post-graduation education,as well as an important measure to improve medical quality and protect public health.The training base has been constantly improving teaching methods and modes in practice to train ultrasonic residents equipping with six core competencies.This paper focuses on sharing the construction of teacher training and resident physician core competency training,in order to promote communication in the training bases.
