探讨了不同监理模式的特点,并依托108国道二期改建工程试点,对"改进传统监理模式"进行了探索和实践,为公路建设管理体制改革积累了经验,可为普通公路类似项目工程管理模式的选择及监理模式改革提供借鉴参考。

This paper discusses the characteristics of different supervision modes.Taken Phase II Reconstruction Project which is the pilot project to explore and practice“improving the traditional supervision mode”as the research object.The experience of G108 project can provide reference for highway construction management model selection and supervision mode reform of similar highways.
