福州市盲道调研与优化措施分析

Study on Blind Road Investigation and Improvement Measures in Fuzhou

受视力障碍与出行设施不完善的影响,盲人的出行日渐困难。以福建省福州市鼓楼区为调研地点,采用实地踏勘、问卷调查、访谈等调研方法,总结盲人出行特征和出行障碍,调查盲道建设及使用情况,结合现有的盲道与盲人出行需求之间的矛盾,总结现状盲道铺设存在的问题。对现有盲道提出优化改进建议,助力盲人出行。

It’s becoming more and more difficult for the blind to travel due to the visual impairment and the imperfec tion of the travel facilities.By means of field survey,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper took Gulou district of Fuzhou city as the research object.The author summarized the characteristics and obstacles of blind people's travel,in vestigated the construction and use of blind sidewalk,summarized the existing problems between existing blind sidewalk and demand of blind people.The paper put forward suggestions for optimizing and improving the existing blind sidewalk to help the blind to travel.
