摘要
以槐房北路DN400 mm供水管线和槐房西路DN300 mm供气管线穿越既有北京地铁4号线和新宫站站后折返线工程为背景,对如何合理安排2个管线工程的施工顺序和施工工序,减小对地铁运营的影响进行了研究。采用有限元数值模拟软件Midas建立数值计算模型,并根据地铁隧道保护范围和新建工程影响范围,确定了模型尺寸。通过数值模拟,研究了2个管线工程在不同施工顺序和施工工序以及不同施工段长度的情况下,对既有地铁隧道结构变形的影响。该研究成果可为施工过程中合理安排施工工序,确保地铁安全运营提供技术支持。
Taking the Huaifang North Road DN400 mm water supply pipeline and Huaifang West Road DN300 mm gas supply pipeline passing through the Beijing Subway Line 4 and Xingong Station station back-turn line project as the background,how to reasonably arrange the construction sequence and construction of the two pipeline projects was studied.The process had been studied to reduce the impact on the subway operation.The numerical simulation was con ducted by using the finite element method.Commercial software Midas was used to establish the numerical calculation model,and the model size was determined according to the subway tunnel protection range and the influence range of the new construction.Through the numerical simulation,the influences of two pipeline foundation pits on the deforma tion of the existing subway tunnel structure under different construction sequences and construction procedures and dif ferent construction section lengths were studied.The research results can provide technical support for the reasonable arrangement of construction procedures to ensure the safe operation of the subway.
