地铁车站叠合墙结构防渗漏技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 地铁车站围护结构采用叠合墙型式可充分发挥围护结构的抗浮作用,材料利用率更高,节约土体资源。但叠合墙结构较之复合墙结构更易产生渗漏水缺陷,其原因如下:叠合墙为两墙合一的结构型式,二衬外无法施作防水板;叠合体系两墙施工间隔时间长,内衬墙从浇筑至稳定全程均受已基本稳定的地下连续墙的强约束作用,易产生裂缝影响自防水能力。结合苏州市轨道交通5号线苏嘉杭站施工实例,从保障结构自防水、研发叠合墙竖向止水新技术2方面展开地铁车站叠合墙结构防渗漏技术的研究,为叠合墙技术的发展积累经验。 If the superimposed wall is adopted for the subway station enclosure structure,its anti-floating effect can be fully exerted,the material utilization rate higher and soil resources saved.However,the superimposed wall structure is more prone to leakage defects than composite one because of two reasons.Firstly,the superimposed wall is two-wall structure so that the second lining can’t be used as waterproof board;Second,the construction interval of the two-wall is long.From being poured to be stable,the inner lining wall easy produce cracks and its self-waterproof ability affected because it is bound by basically stable ground wall.Therefore,this paper takes the construction of Sujiahang Station of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 5 as an example.In order to successfully prevent leakage,research on anti-leakage technology of the superimposed wall structure at the subway station has been carried out from two aspects that ensure structural self-waterproof and vertical water-stop of the superimposed wall.The study accumulates experience for the development of superimposed wall technology and green energy-saving trend of the underground engineering field.
