摘要
针对大连地铁1号线黑石礁站风道包主体结构方案,分别对该站工法变更前后2种主体与风道接口的施工难度进行了分析,并提出了新的设计方案。新方案是先在横通道内施工接口部分的初期支护,再施工主体初期支护至贯通;二衬施工时要求先施工接口结构,再按主体工法施工步序施工主体结构。该方案具有结构传力路径明确、方便施工组织、风险小等优点,可充分保证主体包风道方案的安全施工。
Aiming at the primary structure scheme of the air duct of the Heishijiao station,the construction difficulty of the main structure,and the air duct interface under two conditions before and after the change of the construction method of the station was analyzed,and a new construction scheme was proposed.The new system was the initial support of the construction interface in the cross passage,and then the central part of the construction until the completion.The construction of the secondary lining required the construction of the interface structure first,and then the construction of the primary system in the sequence of the leading construction method.This scheme had the advantages of a clear path of structural force transmission,convenient construction organization,and low risk.It fully guaranteed the safe construc tion of the main structure surrounding the air duct and provided a new concept for the subway station design of the un derground excavation method in the future.
