洞内狭小空间中地下连续墙施工关键技术

摘要 基于北京市水资源保护需求造成的地下工程不降水施工新常态,依托北京地铁16号线看丹站地下连续墙试点项目,探讨了地铁车站PBA工法施工中用于截水的导洞内地下连续墙施工关键技术。在分析工程特点和施工难点的基础上,从功能需求、施工设备、施工工艺等方面对地下狭小空间内地下连续墙施工的关键控制技术进行了论述,为后续北京市类似工程施工提供了新思路。 With the development of Beijing metro transit,more and more stations adopted PBA construction technology which received good application effect and effectively social efficiency to reduce impact on current traffic.With promo tion of non-precipitation(less)construction by Major Engineering Center,PBA method is an important subject of waterstop in underground station.During the process,sealing deep hole grouting,sealing by jet grouting pile and water inter ception by secant pile are usually used.Taking kandan station of Beijing metro line 16 as an example,the key technology of PBA method,that is applied in underground continuous wall of station pilot tunnel.The underground continuous wall gets effectively waterproof effect to protect groundwater resources.This technology provides new ideas for non-precipi tation(less)construction and has certain economic and social benefits.
