长距离叠落盾构隧道施工相互影响控制措施研究 被引量:1

摘要 北京地铁16号线万寿寺站—苏州桥站区间盾构隧道的左右线叠落段长度为666 m,叠落段两隧道最小间距1.6 m,施工工序为先施工下层隧道(右线隧道),后施工上层隧道(左线隧道)。为有效控制叠落段盾构隧道施工相互影响,提出并实施了:"对两隧道之间的夹土层进行注浆加固,并在下层盾构隧道内设置型钢支撑"的加固措施。型钢支撑受力监测结果表明:采用夹土层注浆和型钢支撑体系的加固措施能够保证叠落段隧道的施工安全。最后根据监测结果对下层隧道内的型钢支撑方案进行了优化。 There is 666 m overlapping section of left and right lines of the shield tunnel between Wanshousi and Suzhou Bridge subway station of Beijing line 16.The minimum overlapping section distance is 1.6 m between the two tunnels.First of all,the lower tunnel(right line tunnel)is constructed,then the upper one(left line tunnel).In order to effectively control the impact of the upper tunnel construction on the structure of the completed lower one,the reinforcement mea sures",which is grouting to reinforce the interlayer between the two tunnels and setting the steel support in the lower tunnel,were proposed and practiced.The monitoring results show that the reinforcement measures adopted can ensure the construction safety of the tunnel in the overlapping section.According to the monitoring results,the steel support scheme is optimized in the lower tunnel.
