摘要
通过对多家混凝土搅拌站粉煤灰样本的氨含量测定以及粉煤灰样本在水泥、水泥砂浆中的应用性能试验研究,了解烟气脱硝工艺中残留于粉煤灰中的氨对粉煤灰应用性能的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰氨含量与粉煤灰拌合物异味情况相关性规律不明显;粉煤灰氨含量对水泥凝结时间、粉煤灰水泥胶砂强度、粉煤灰砂浆稠度的影响规律不明显;随着氨含量增加,粉煤灰砂浆拌合物的含气量和粉煤灰砂浆的抗冻性均有降低的趋势;异味明显的粉煤灰砂浆抗冻性相对较差。
Ammonia content of fly ash samples from many concrete mixing stations are detected.The influence of these samples on cement and cement mortar are researched experimentally.The influence of the ammonia remains,that is produced during flue gas denitrification process,on fly ash properties known.The results show ammonia content has not obvious relevance to peculiar smell or the cement setting time、the cement mortar strength and consistency.As the ammonia content increase,the air content and frost resistance of cement mortar decrease.The frost resistance of fly ash mortar with peculiar smell is relatively poor.
