摘要
预制叠合结构体系兼具工业化程度较高和结构整体性好的优点,是一种较好的适合建筑工业化的结构体系,但在水池工程中的应用及相关研究较少。上海长桥水厂工程将双面叠合混凝土墙板成功应用于水池导流墙,取得了较好的综合效益。总结了叠合板导流墙的设计和施工经验,分析了叠合板导流墙的设计方法,提出了新型的连接节点构造及针对性的施工措施,对于推广预制叠合技术在水池结构中的应用具有一定的借鉴意义。
Prefabricated composite structure is better structural system that suits building industrialization because of its advantages of high degree of industrialization and good integrity.However,its application and researches are less on water structures.Double superimposed precast concrete slabs are successfully used as baffles of sedimentation basin in Shanghai Changqiao Waterworks and brings good comprehensive benefits.The construction experiences of double su perimposed precast concrete baffles are summarized and the design procedures analyzed in this paper.At the same time,new connection joints and targeted construction practice are proposed.The results can be used to promote the application of double superimposed precast concrete slabs in water structures.
