超声波辅助磷钨酸降解水稻秸秆的工艺

摘要 利用超声波辅助磷钨酸降解水稻秸秆,以还原糖产率为指标,在单因素试验基础上,选取超声功率,磷钨酸浓度,水浴温度和水浴时间进行正交优化试验。结果表明,各因素对水稻秸秆降解的影响程度依次为:水浴时间>水浴温度>磷钨酸浓度>超声波功率。最佳工艺条件为:超声波功率为200 W,磷钨酸浓度4%,水浴温度为70℃,水浴时间6 h。在此条件下,还原糖产率可达到49.54%。 Ultrasonic assisted phosphotungstic acid was used to degrading the rice straw.The sugar yield was used as index,on the basis of single factor test,ultrasonic power,phosphotungstic acid concentration,water temperature and water bath time were selected as independent variables,the L9(34)orthogonal test designed.The results showed that the influencing factors of rice straw degradation were:water bath time>water bath temperature>phosphotungstic acid concentration>ultrasonic power;the optimum technological conditions was the ultrasonic power 200 W,water temperature 70℃,phosphotungstic acid concentration 4%,and water bath time 6 h.Under this condition,the sugar yield of rice straw was 49.54%.
