苦荞是一种兼具药食功用的作物,具有多种生理和药用功能;硒元素是生命健康不可或缺的微量元素,与许多疾病密切相关。将苦荞与硒结合,开展富硒苦荞研究及应用具有重要的现实意义。中国富硒苦荞研究方面获得一系列进展,但富硒苦荞产品研发及推广相对迟缓。概述国内苦荞硒的吸收规律、对生长发育影响、产品加工技术等方面研究进展,并对富硒苦荞产业进行分析和展望。

Buckwheat is an important medicinal and edible crop with many biological and medicinal functions.Selenium is an essential trace element,which is closely associated with a variety of diseases.Combining buckwheat and selenium,producing selenium-enriched buckwheat has important significance for buckwheat research and application.The research on seleniumrich buckwheat has produced a series of achievements,but product development and promotion are relatively slow.To provide references for the development of selenium-rich buckwheat in china,the absorption pattern,the effects on growth,its processing technology and other several aspects were reviewed,as well as the analysis and prospect for its industry.
