摘要
质量合格、产品安全是食品企业增强竞争力的关键。食品企业生态管理会对产业结构形成优化调整,以"应对型"策略开展生态管理容易被市场淘汰,采用"机会追求型"策略可获得竞争优势。生态管理对食品企业竞争力的影响通过成本收益机制、进入退出机制和技术传导机制进行,分别对食品企业的基本生存、市场准入和退出及企业的长期发展构成传导机制。中国食品工业发展过程中尚未形成全方位的生态管理理念,生态管理还需加强。
Quality qualification and product safety are the key to enhance the competitiveness of food enterprises.The ecological management of food enterprises will optimize and adjust the industrial structure,and it is easy to be eliminated by the market to carry out ecological management with"coping"strategy,while adopting"opportunity-seeking"strategy can obtain competitive advantage.The influence of ecological management on the competitiveness of food enterprises is carried out through the cost-benefit mechanism,the entry-exit mechanism and the technology transmission mechanism,which respectively constitute the transmission mechanism for the basic survival,market access and withdrawal of food enterprises and the long-term development of enterprises.China’s food industry development process has not yet formed a comprehensive concept of ecological management,and ecological management needs to be strengthened.
