摘要
建立高效液相色谱法定性定量分析枸杞红素,比较品种、产地、等级、干燥方式等因素对枸杞子中枸杞红素含量的影响。研究枸杞子提取物中枸杞红素稳定性。采用高效液相色谱法测定枸杞红素含量。结果表明,宁杞7号中枸杞红素含量高于宁农杞2号;当品种、等级、干燥方式相同时,产于宁夏中宁的枸杞子中枸杞红素含量最高;枸杞红素含量随着枸杞子等级提升而升高;热风干燥下枸杞红素含量最高、自然晒干含量最低;稳定的低温、无氧环境,更利于枸杞红素的稳定性;宁夏中宁气候及地理位置有利于枸杞子中枸杞红素的积累,现代温度时间可控的干燥方式有益枸杞子中枸杞红素的保存,稳定的低温、无氧环境,更有利于枸杞红素的稳定性。
The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was developed for the analysis of zeaxanthin dipalmitate,comparing the effects of factors such as varieties,places of origin,grades,and dry methods on the zeaxanthin dipalmitate and studying the stability of zeaxanthin dipalmitate.The zeaxanthin dipalmitate in goji berries was quantitatively analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the content of zeaxanthin dipalmitate in goji berry of Ningqi No.7 was higher than that of Ningnongqi No.2.Goji berry from Zhongning,Ningxia was best,among the goji berries from different places,with high content of zeaxanthin dipalmitate.The content of zeaxanthin dipalmitate in goji berries increased with the grades of berries rose.The content of zeaxanthin dipalmitate in berry dried using hot wind dry method was the highest among three dry methods.Traditional dry in the sun was the worst way for the content of zeaxanthin diplamitate in berry.It was more conducive to the stability of zeaxanthin dipalmitate that was kept in a low temperature and anaerobic environment.From zeaxanthin dipalmitate in goji berry,Zhongning,Ningxia was the best place to plant goji berry.Traditional dry in sun was not good method for zeaxanthin dipalmitate in goji berry.The zeaxanthin dipalmitate should be stored in a stable low temperature and anaerobic environment,which was more conducive to the stability of zeaxanthin dipalmitate.
