茂名市主要水产品中无机砷含量分析及其健康风险评价 被引量:2

Analysis of Inorganic Arsenic Content and Health Risk Assessment in Main Aquatic Products in Maoming

摘要 为了解茂名地区水产品的无机砷污染现状,为食物中毒监测和食品安全的危险性评估提供科学依据,为安全食用水产品提供参考。通过调查问卷选择茂名4个地区居民较常食用的10种水产品进行无机砷含量的检测及污染程度分析,并利用目标危险系数(THQ)法对茂名市居民食用水产品的健康风险进行评价。结果显示:10种水产品的无机砷含量检出范围为ND^0.12 mg/kg,样品的检出率为12.8%;茂名市居民每周实际从水产品中摄入无机砷的含量为0.0021 mg,占暂定每周允许摄入量(PTWI)的0.23%;茂名市居民食用这些水产品的目标危险系数均小于1。从整体上来说茂名地区的水产品可以放心食用,但不建议居民长期大量食用单一种水产品,因为在日常饮食中还会从其他食品如蔬菜、水果、粮食中摄入无机砷,应全面考虑。 It is in order to understand the current situation of inorganic arsenic contamination of aquatic products in Maoming area,provide scientific basis for food poisoning monitoring and risk assessment of food safety,and provide reference for safe consumption of aquatic products.Through the questionnaire,ten kinds of aquatic products commonly eaten by residents in 4 areas in Maoming were selected for the detection of inorganic arsenic content and the analysis of pollution degree,and the method of objective risk coefficient(THQ)to evaluate the health risks of Maoming city residents consumption of aquatic products was used.The results show that the detection range of inorganic arsenic content in 10 kinds of aquatic products is ND-0.12 mg/kg.The detection rate of samples is 12.8%.The actual amount of inorganic arsenic ingested by Maoming residents from aquatic products is 0.0021 mg/week,account for 0.23%of the provisional allowed intake(PTWI)a week.Maoming city residents’consumption of these target risk coefficients of aquatic products is less than 1.On the whole,the aquatic products in Maoming can be safely consumed,but it is not recommended for residents to eat a single kind of aquatic products in large quantities for a long time,because inorganic arsenic will be ingested from other foods such as vegetables,fruits and grains in the daily diet,which should be considered comprehensively.
