Construction of Food Safety Risk Management Framework in China Based on IRGC Risk Management Framework

食品安全风险治理是一个系统性、综合性的复杂过程,现阶段风险分析框架适应不了对新阶段食品安全风险的治理。在分析中国食品安全治理的现状和问题基础上,将国际风险管理理事会(IRGC)提出的风险治理框架引入中国食品安全管理领域。基于该理论框架,针对食品安全信息风险,验证该框架在食品安全风险治理中有效性,为中国食品安全风险治理框架完善提供参考和借鉴。

Food safety risk management was a systematic,comprehensive and complex process,but the current risk analysis framework cannot adapt to the new stage of food safety risk management.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of food safety management in China,the risk management framework proposed by the international risk management council(IRGC)was introduced into the field of food safety management in China.Based on theoretical framework,the effectiveness of this framework in food safety risk management was verified for food safety information risks,so as to provide reference and reference for the improvement of China’s food safety risk management framework.
