以脓疱为主要表现的儿童面部难辨认癣2例

Two Cases of Children Facial Tinea Incognito with the Pustules as the Main Manifestationin

例1男,3岁,面部皮疹伴瘙痒5个月。例2男,5岁,面部皮疹伴瘙痒6个月。2例患儿均为慢性病程,皮损主要表现为面部红斑、丘疹、脓疱,呈环状,伴细薄鳞屑。真菌镜检找到菌丝及孢子。结合患儿病史、临床表现及辅助检查,面部难辨认癣诊断成立。

Case 1 was a 3-year-old boy,presented facial rash accompanied by itching for 5 months.Case 2 was a 5-year-old boy,presented facial rash accompanied by itching for 6 months.The two patients had a chronic course,and the skin lesions mainly included facial erythema,pimples and pustules,which were ring-shaped with thin scales.Fungal microscope revealed mycelia and spores.Combined with the child,s medical history,clinical manifestations and auxiliary examination,a diagnosis of facial tinea incognito was established.
