浅谈中国艺术史学科问题的由来和归属

摘要 19世纪,欧洲德语地区的大学建立了艺术史学科。随后,北美的哈佛和普林斯顿也紧跟其上。欧洲艺术史学科的建立来自于漫长的古物研究的积累,相似的,中国的古物研究也早在北宋就开始了。然而,当考古学传入中国后,与考古关系密切的艺术史研究并未受到重视。虽藤固早在上个世纪30年代就采用欧洲艺术史的方法撰写《唐宋绘画史》,但在今天,中国依然没有艺术史学科。50年代艺术史专业设置之争后,直至今日,中国艺术史的研究者依然也缺乏与国际同行对话的语境。近年来,墓葬美术与考古学研究者的取向趋于紧密,艺术考古能否成为独立学科的讨论愈发频繁,这也间接反映在艺术史成立学科的问题上。 Although TengGu used the way of European art history to write "History of Tang and Song Paintings" as early as the 1930 s. Now, there’s no discipline of chinese art history. After the 1950 s, the art history major was established in art schools. In the 19 th century, universities in the German-speaking region established the discipline of art history. Subsequently, Harvard and Princeton did the same thing. The establishment of the European art history discipline came from the long accumulation of antiquities. Similarly, the antiquities in China began as early as the Earlier Song Dynasty. However, after the Chinese met with archaeology, the related art history was not taken seriously, which made the development of the Chinese art history discipline lag behind and lacked the context of dialogue with international peers. In recent years, the research of art history and archaeology researchers has become more and more close. Art archaeology may also become an independent discipline, or it may help Chinese art history become an independent discipline.
