The Current Status and Countermeasures of Quality of the Development for College Student Party Members in the New Era

大学生党员队伍的发展质量直接影响着党的建设。该文通过对"00后"大学生党员群体的考察,总结出高校在党员发展过程中存在的问题并分析其原因,在理论和实践相结合的基础上提出了针对性的解决措施,即要通过严把入党关口、改进教育模式、用好社会实践来全面提高"00后"大学生党员的发展质量,为高校进一步做好"00后"大学生党员发展工作提供了相关对策。

The construction of the Party is influenced directly by the development quality of college student Party members.Based on the investigation of the"Post-00"college student Party members,this paper summarizes the problems and causes in the process of the development of college Party members,and puts forward targeted solutions on the basis of the combination of theory and practice,that is,to comprehensively improve the quality of the development of college student Party members by strictly being admitted to the Party,improving the education model and making good use of social practice,and also could provide implications for cultivating"Post-00"student Party members.
