新发展理念下企业产能协作运营模式探析

Analysis on the Operation Mode of Enterprise Capacity Cooperation under the Concept of New Development

产品滞销、产能过剩、资源闲置等问题是众多中小企业转型升级的共同难题,通过产能协作或可破解该难题。该文尝试融合"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的新发展理念论证企业产能协作的可行性,运用PEST模型分析企业产能协作的必要性,借鉴B2B信息交付型平台思维从总体设计、服务对象及业务流程三个方面提出企业产能协作可行的运营模式,并进一步提出促进企业产能协作发展的建议。旨在为中小企业实施产能协作提供借鉴和参考,以提高中小企业资源配置与资源利用效率。

Unsalable products,excess capacity,idle resources and other problems are common problems for many small and medium-sized enterprises to transform and upgrade without capacity cooperation.To begin with,the paper tries to explore the feasibility of enterprise production capacity cooperation under the concept of new development of"innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing",and also it analyzes its necessity by using PEST model.Based on the B2 B information delivery platform thinking,then,this paper puts forward a feasible mode of enterprise capacity collaboration operation from the aspects of overall design,service objects and business process,and suggestions to promote the development of enterprise capacity collaboration.It aims to provide a certain reference for small and medium-sized enterprises to implement capacity collaboration,and improve resource allocation and resource utilization efficiency.
