摘要
近年来,中缅边境地区经济的发展使大量缅甸劳工涌入中国云南省境内。作为边境地区特有的劳动群体,这些缅甸劳工在中国的经济发展与社会建设中扮演着重要角色。本文通过对缅甸劳工劳动力市场的时空分析认为,缅甸劳工在跨国工作场域中形成的劳动空间和劳动过程的藩篱形塑了其作为自我保护的“隐忍机制”,建立在族群认同基础上的“权宜性”劳工团结机制建构了以维护基本权益为导向的集体行动。对于缅甸劳工,中国应该坚持以柔性治理为主的综合治理策略。
In recent years,the economic development of the border area between China and Myanmar has brought a large number of Myanmar workers into Yunnan Province of China.As a unique labor group in border areas,these Myanmar laborers play an important role in China’s economic development and social construction.Based on the time-space analysis of the labor market in Myanmar,this paper believes that the barriers of labor space and labor process formed by Myanmar workers in the cross-border workplace shape their“forbearance mechanism”as self-protection,and the“expediency”labor solidarity mechanism,based on their ethnic identity,construct the collective action oriented to safeguard basic rights and interests.For Myanmar workers,China should adhere to the comprehensive management strategy based on flexible governance.
