摘要 为了解决成品钢管管端尺寸手工测量带来的偏差,提出了一种钢管综合测量装置的技术方案。该装置在称重测长工位两端的行走小车上配置一级滑台、转台和二级滑台,在二级滑台上安装检测传感器及支架。工作时转台带动二级滑台上的测量传感器沿钢管管壁旋转一周,获得钢管管端轮廓原始数据,然后应用最小二乘矩阵法得到钢管管端的实际圆心和半径,进一步计算得到周长、椭圆度和壁厚等数据,并通过钢管不同截面的轮廓数据,修正由于钢管摆放不正导致的切斜测量误差。测量装置在现场应用中实现了钢管质量、长度、管端周长、椭圆度、壁厚和切斜等数据的自动测量,测量精度及效率满足生产要求。 In order to solve the measurement deviation caused by manual measurement of the end dimension of steel pipe,a technical scheme of comprehensive measurement device for steel pipe is proposed.The first sliding platforms and turntables and the second sliding platforms are equipped on the walking cars at both ends of the weighing and length measuring station.The sensor bracket and sensor are installed on the second sliding platforms.The turntable drives the sensor to rotate around the steel pipe wall to obtain the original data of the steel pipe end contour.The actual center and radius of the steel pipe end are obtained by using the matrix of least square method,and the perimeter,ellipticity and thickness are further calculated.Through the contour data of different sections of the steel pipe,the measurement error caused by the improper placement of the steel pipe is corrected.The automatic measurements of steel pipe weight,length,pipe end circumference,ellipticity and thickness are realized by field application,and the measurement accuracy and efficiency can meet the production requirements.
