摘要
为了延缓油气田压力容器长期在复杂工况下服役发生的设备腐蚀失效,提出了一种新型钎涂内防腐工艺技术。该技术通过钎涂工艺在压力容器内壁制备镍基耐蚀合金内涂层,形成的涂层结合强度高,均匀致密,可以避免因有机涂料防腐层脱落出现的腐蚀加速现象以及焊缝处材料成分不均匀导致的点蚀现象。同时,钎涂工艺对基体材料损伤小,有效克服了设备因热处理而降低耐蚀性的缺点。该工艺技术在塔里木油气田高压生产分离器的应用结果表明,涂层防腐效果良好,设备运行的安全可靠性提高,且减少了现场操作人员的维修工作量,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to delay the corrosion failure of pressure vessels in oil and gas fields under complex working conditions for a long time,a new technology of internal anti-corrosion with braze coating is proposed.The internal coating of Ni-base corrosion resistant alloy was prepared on the inner wall of pressure vessel by braze coating.The coating formed has high bonding strength and uniform density,which can avoid the corrosion acceleration phenomenon caused by the organic coating peeling off and the pitting corrosion phenomenon caused by the uneven material composition at the weld.At the same time,the braze coating process has little damage to the base material,which effectively overcomes the defect of reducing corrosion resistance of equipment due to heat treatment.The application of this technology in high pressure production separator of Tarim oil and gas field shows that the coating has good anti-corrosion effect and the safety and reliability of equipment operation are improved.And it reduces the maintenance workload of field operators and has good economic and social benefits.
