摘要
当组合电器内部导体接触不良时,由于接触电阻变大,负荷电流流过时会产生过热现象,甚至会导致接头材料的熔化、滴落,破坏组合电器内部绝缘,从而引起放电跳闸事故。针对一起组合电器内部导体接头过热引起的放电故障,通过现场解体检查,对故障产生原因及发展过程进行了分析。并通过仿真计算,对组合电器内部导体接头过热的红外检测方法进行研究分析,结果显示,当组合电器壳体表面温升大于3 K时,可判断内部导体接头处存在严重发热缺陷,应及时采取措施进行处理。
When the internal conductor of the combined electrical apparatus is in not in good contact,the contact resistance becomes larger,and overheating will occur when the load current flows,which may even cause the melting and dripping of the joint material,destroying the internal insulation of the combined electrical apparatus,and causing a trip accident.A discharge fault caused by overheating of the internal conductor joints in combined electrical apparatus was introduced in this paper,by the on-site disassembly inspection,the cause of the fault and the development process were analyzed.The infrared detection method of the internal conductor joint in combined electrical apparatus was researched and analyzed through simulation.The result shows that when the surface temperature rise of the combined electrical apparatus shell is greater than 3 K,it could be judged that there is a serious heating defect at the internal conductor joint which needs to take measures to eliminate defects.
