摘要
我国北方地区冬季天气寒冷,冬季气温可达-30℃以下,极端天气情况下最低气温可达-40℃,对变电站SF6断路器的稳定运行造成极大影响。针对敞开式SF6断路器的结构及性能特点,分析SF6断路器气室压力与环境温度之间的关系,设计一种敞开式SF6断路器气室保温系统,并基于优化设计的保温系统进行控温效果模拟试验测试及现场运行状态安装测试。测试结果表明:该系统可有效适应-40℃左右的极寒天气状况,可在10 min内快速遏制箱体内温度继续下降,对敞开式SF6断路器在极寒天气状态下正常运行起到了有效的保护作用,变电站安全、稳定、经济运行得到了有力的保障。
The weather in northern part of China is very cold in winter.The temperature is usually below-30℃and below-40℃in extreme weather conditions,which greatly affects the stable operation of SF6 circuit breakers in substations.According to the structure and performance characteristics of the outdoor SF6 circuit breaker,the relationship between the SF6 circuit breaker gas chamber pressure and the ambient temperature is analyzed,and an optimized design of outdoor SF6 circuit breaker gas chamber insulation system is proposed.The experiment test of the temperature control effect and the installation test of the on-site operation state were carried out.The test results show that the system can effectively adapt to extremely cold weather conditions around-40℃,and can maintain the temperature in the box from continuing to drop within 10 minutes,which is effective for the normal operation of outdoor SF6 circuit breakers in extremely cold weather.The protective effect,the safety,stability and efficiency of the substation has also been strongly guaranteed.
