基于“数字孪生”的智慧供热技术路线 被引量:18

摘要 随着我国经济社会的发展和能源生产消费革命的推进,城镇集中供热系统的热源结构、热网规模和末端用热方式发生巨大变化,清洁热源的引入与可再生热源的消纳成为一大趋势,这对传统供热系统运行调控方法提出了系统挑战。如何有效应用各项先进信息技术实现智慧供热是供热行业发展的热点话题。从智慧能源的发展趋势出发,依托系统工程理念提出了基于"数字孪生"的智慧供热技术路线。相比传统集中供热系统调度路线,智慧供热技术的核心框架由物理设备层、感知调控层、数据传输层和智慧决策层构成。物理设备层涉及"源-网-荷-储"的建设,为智慧供热提供物理基础;感知调控层实现系统全面感知,向智慧决策层提供基础数据,并执行智慧决策层产生的调控策略;数据传输层负责物理设备实时数据上传于智慧决策的下达;智慧决策层基于供热系统"数字孪生"模型,实现故障监测与预警、数据预测、优化调度和能效分析等功能。针对采用这一技术路线的智慧供热案例分析表明,这一框架下的智慧供热技术可有效实现供热系统节能降耗。 With the economic development and the advancement of energy reform in China,the composition of centralized heating source,heating network scale and heat consumption at user’s end encounter a major change.Employment of clean sources and consumption of renewable heating sources are the major trends and challenges to the existing operation control method taken by traditional heat-supply systems.A smart heat-supply technology path was proposed based on digital twin and engineering concept to promote the development of intelligent heat-supply system.Compared with the conventional roadmap,the center of the smart heat-supply system is a framework made up of a physical device layer,a sensing and control layer,a transport layer,and an intelligent decision-making layer.The physical device layer including heating sources,network,load and storage equipment,provides physical basis required by smart heating.The sensing and control layer realizes the comprehensive perception on the entire system,providing data required by the intelligent decision-making layer and carrying out the decision sent downwards.The transport layer connects the physical equipment uploading realtime data and the decision-making layer giving orders.The intelligent decision-making layer can realize fault detection and diagnosis,data-based prediction,optimized dispatching and energy efficiency analysis,based on the digital twin model of the system.A case study made on a smart heating site shows that this roadmap could reduce the energy consumption in the entire system with such a framework.
