智慧供热在分布式燃气供热中的应用与优化提升 被引量:8

Application and optimization of intelligent heating in distribute gas heating systems

摘要 我国大部分供热企业的供热运行模式已完成了由人工运行向自动化运行的转变,但由于缺乏对供热信息化和智慧供热节能潜力定量化的全面了解,供热运行仍有待完善。为降低运营成本,减少能源浪费,基于天然气清洁能源供热,以智慧运营平台为核心,以机电及控制系统为基础,搭建了一套分布式供热智慧运行系统。通过打通供热系统全数据链条,运用大数据分析及人工智能算法技术,对石家庄市卓达书香园供热工程进行智慧供热改造。从热源侧负荷响应及管网侧热力平衡优化入手,总体室内平均温度在20.2℃,能耗较前一年降低28%,节能效果显著,可为已建和新建供热系统的改造及运行提供技术支撑。 Most heat-supply companies in China have completed their transition from manual operation to automated operation.Yet,their operation is incomplete due to the lack of comprehensive and quantitative understanding on heating information and energy saving potential of intelligent heating.In order to reduce operating costs and energy consumprion,a distributed intelligent heating system with smart operating platform as its core and electromechanical and control systems as its foundation has been built.By getting through all links in the data chain of a heating system and taking big data analysis as well as artificial intelligence algorithm,an intelligent heat-supply upgrading project for Zhuoda Shuxiang Garden in Shijiazhuang City was made.The optimization started from the load demand response on heat source side and the thermodynamic equilibrium on pipeline side.After the updating,the indoor temperature levelled off at 20.2℃,and the energy consumption reduced by 28%,compared to the previous year.The updating is of great energy-save effect,and can provide technical support for operation renovations of existing and new heating systems.
