摘要
地铁开挖过程中,周围土体结构完整至关重要,为了解决杭州地铁盾构范围内较大石块影响掘进,造成土体失衡等问题,杭州地铁6号线凤美盾构区间采用隧道断面轮廓底部连线成弧形布孔、间隔装药与连续装药结合、平行连接逐孔网路起爆的方式,有效地保证了周围土体的完整性,爆破效果较好,可为类似工程提供参考。
During subway excavation process,the surrounding soil mass structural integrity is essential.Larger stones within the range of Hangzhou metro shield will affect the excavation,cause soil imbalance and other problems.In order to solve these problems,Fengmei shield section of Hangzhou Metro Line 6 adopts the methods of arc-shaped hole arrangement along the line at the bottom of the tunnel section,interval charging combined with continuous charging and parallel connection with hole-by-hole network initiation.These methods effectively ensure the integrity of the surrounding soils.And the blasting effect is good.It can provide a reference for similar projects.
