240例宫颈癌患者医嘱用药合理性分析

Analysis of Rationality of Medical Orders of 240 Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的:了解宫颈癌患者药物使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽取2018年江苏省肿瘤医院宫颈癌患者的病历,整理、归纳和分析不合理用药医嘱。结果:共纳入住院患者病历240份,其中不合理用药病历99份,用药合理率为58.75%。共168条不合理用药医嘱,主要表现为用法与用量不适宜(69条,占41.07%)、溶剂选择不适宜(54条,占32.14%)和存在药物相互作用或配伍禁忌(28条,占16.66%)等,涉及的药品包括香菇多糖注射液、注射用兰索拉唑、消癌平注射液和斑蝥酸钠注射液等。结论:针对宫颈癌患者不合理用药医嘱,临床药师应加强与医师的沟通,对医师进行合理用药培训,以保障患者用药的安全性、有效性和经济性。

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application status of drugs in patients with cervical cancer,so as to promote rational clinical use of drugs.METHODS:Medical records of patients with cervical cancer in Jiangsu Cancer Hospital in 2018 were randomly selected,and irrational medical orders were collated,summarized and analyzed.RESULTS:A total of 240 inpatients’medical records were reviewed,including 99 irrational medical records,the rational rate of drug use was 58.75%.There were 168 irrational medical orders,mainly manifested as inappropriate usage and dosage(69 items,41.07%),inappropriate selection of solvent(54 items,32.14%)and drug interactions or contraindications(28 items,16.66%),the drugs involved were respectively lentinan injection,lansoprazole injection,Xiao’aiping injection and sodium cantharidinate injection.CONCLUSIONS:In view of the irrational medical orders of cervical cancer patients,clinical pharmacists should strengthen the communication with clinicians,and perform training of rational medication,so as to ensure the safety,efficiency and economy of medication for patients.
