不同粒径洁净磷石膏晶须成形的研究 被引量:3

Study on the Formation of Clean Phosphogypsum Whiskers with Different Particle Size Ranges

摘要 为提高磷石膏利用率,以磷石膏为原料,硫酸铝为转晶剂,将洁净磷石膏按不同粒径范围分组,采用常压盐溶液法制备半水硫酸钙晶须,利用光学电子显微镜对其晶须形貌进行观察,并对合成率进行分析讨论。结果表明,磷石膏粒度越小,转晶得到的半水硫酸钙晶须长径比越大,合成率越高;当洁净磷石膏粒径在0.27~0.55 mm范围内,半水硫酸钙晶须的合成率最低,为59.52%,长径比为13~27;当洁净磷石膏粒径在0.08~0.16 mm范围内,半水硫酸钙晶须的合成率最高,为89.5%,长径比高达47。 In order to improve the utilization rate of phosphogypsum,phosphogypsum is used as raw material and aluminum sulfate as a crystal conversion agent,the clean phosphogypsum is grouped according to different particle size ranges,and calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers are prepared by the atmospheric pressure salt solution method.The morphology of its whiskers is observed by SEM,and its synthesis rate is analyzed and dissussed.The Results shows that the lower the particle size of phosphogypsum is,the larger the aspect ratio of the calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers obtained by crystal conversion is,and the higher the synthesis rate is.When the clean phosphogypsum is within the 0.27-0.55 mm size range,the synthesis rate of calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers is the lowest,only 59.52%,and the aspect ratio is 13-27.When the clean phosphogypsum is in the particle size range of 0.08-0.16 mm,the synthesis rate of calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers is the highest,which can reach 89.5%,the aspect ratio is 47.
