钻井井壁竖向补强接头在信湖煤矿风井中的应用

摘要 钻井井壁结构设计时,主要考虑水平侧压力作用,节间只通过法兰盘之间的焊缝连接,竖向抗拉强度低,井壁结构在竖直方向,极易被拉裂,给井筒安全使用造成不利影响。为提高传统井壁结构竖向抗拉强度,结合信湖煤矿风井钻井施工项目实际,在对传统井壁结构进行分析研究的基础上,设计并采用了钻井井壁竖向补强接头,提高了钻井法施工井筒的使用安全性。 During the design of the shaft liner structure applied in the drilling shaft,the lateral force effort should be mainly considered and the internodes would only be connected by the weld seams between the flanges.The vertical tensile strength would be low.In the vertical direction of the mine shaft lining structure,a tensile cracking would be easily occurred and would cause the adverse effect to the safety application of the mine shaft.In order to improve the vertical tensile strength of the conventional mine shaft structure,in combination with the practices on the drilling shaft construction project of the ventilation shaft in Xinhu Mine,based on the analysis study of the conventional mine shaft structure,the vertical reinforced joints of the mine shaft lining was designed and applied and the applied safety of the mine shaft constructed with the drilling shaft method was improved.
