当前"新冠肺炎"疫情防控在我国已进入到防控后期,防控措施从应急化逐步转向常态化,犯罪形势也较之前疫情爆发期间又发生了一些新的变化。经过对后疫情时代犯罪形势特点的分析,通过借鉴公共卫生机构的"三级疾病防控模式"来设计犯罪的诊断式防治对策,可实现对后疫情时代犯罪的有效预防。

At present,the novel coronavirus pneumonia control has entered the late stage of prevention and control in China,and the prevention and control measures have gradually shifted from emergency to normalization.The crime situation has also undergone some new changes compared with the previous period of the epidemic.Analyzing the characteristics of the crime situation in the post-epidemic era,and referring to the“three-level disease prevention and control mode”of public health institutions to design the diagnostic prevention and control countermeasures of crime,effective prevention of crimes in the post-epidemic era can be achieved.
