摘要
慢性牙周炎是一种发生在牙周组织上的慢性炎症疾病,在整个疾病过程中有多种免疫细胞的参与。其中,中性粒细胞在慢性牙周炎中既可以通过杀灭细菌和释放白细胞介素-10(IL-10)抑制炎症反应,又可以通过多种途径促进炎症反应加速组织破坏;单核巨噬细胞可以抑制炎症,但M1型巨噬细胞可以加速牙周炎进展;淋巴细胞的不同亚型也参与了炎症过程,其中辅助性T细胞(Th细胞)1、Th17、记忆B淋巴细胞等促进了牙周炎症,而调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)、B10细胞可以显著抑制炎症反应。但是对于免疫细胞在不同牙周炎症阶段的不同作用的深入研究为应用免疫疗法治疗慢性牙周炎提供了新方向。
Chronic periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease that occurs in periodontal tissues,and involves a variety of immune cells throughout the disease.Neutrophils can not only inhibit the inflammatory response by killing bacteria and secreting interleukin-10(IL-10),but also promote the inflammatory response and accelerate tissue destruction in various ways.Although mononuclear macrophages have a potential of inhibiting inflammation,M1 macrophages accelerate the progression of periodontitis.Different subsets of lymphocytes are also involved in the inflammatory process,among which helper T cell(Th cell)1,Th17 and memory B lymphocytes aggravate periodontal inflammation,while regulatory T cell(Treg cell)and B10 cells can significantly inhibit periodontal inflammatory response.However,the roles of immune cells in different periods of periodontal inflammation need to be further studied.Here is to discuss the role of immune cells in chronic periodontitis,to provide a new direction for the clinical application of immunotherapy in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.
