The paper describesPinghua dialect in Siping village in Wutang town,Xingning district,Nanning city of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region,of which the prominent nature is that the stops and affricates evolving from MC voiced initials are unaspirated with Pingsheng平声and Shangsheng上声tones,and aspirated with Qusheng去声and Rusheng入声tones.At present,such a nature is only found in Wutang Pinghua dialect within Pinghua dialects in southern Guangxi.The paper includes the phonological system,phonological features and homophony syllabary.
